As reported by ABC, an Adelaide man had his brand new Toyota Camry seized by Police after having put only 29 kilometres on the clock subsequent to collecting the brand new car from the dealership earlier that day last Friday.
The man blew 0.145 and had the vehicle seized for 28 days.
In Queensland, first time 0.145 offenders face a maximum 12 month licence disqualification with a mandatory minimum 3 months.
Such persons may be eligible to apply for a Work Licence in certain circumstances.
