As reported by Fox 5 Vegas, Las Vegas Drink Driving lawyer Garrett Ogata was arrested on 30 August after allegedly crashing his Aston Martin in Las Vegas.

Mr Ogata was allegedly charged with Drink Driving, Unlicensed Driving and Driving Without Due Care.

Accordinging to Fox 5 Vegas, this is Mr Ogata's third Drink Driving charge since 2003.

Mr Ogata next faces court on 20 October 2019.
